A Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
The Laurels of Goshen is a 48-bed, multi-unit skilled nursing and rehabilitation center operated by Laurel Health Care Company that promotes the highest level of care and quality of life for guests who are with us for short-term respite, rehabilitation or hospice care, or for extended stays.
The Laurels of Goshen, formerly known as Green House Village of Goshen, includes four 12-bed houses -- Strawberry Fields, Blueberry Hill, Green Gables and Penny Lane -- constructed under the “Green House Project” in 2017. Each house includes common living spaces and individualized delivery of care and services, which include long-term care, rehab/therapy and memory care.
We always strive to meet & exceed our guests' expectations with compassion & dignity. We call it The Laurel Way of Caring, and we do it every day.
We provide a complete range of services for patients that are unable to return home after a hospitalization. Our programs provide a safe transition from hospital to home with a depth of services that typically can not be provided through home health care or by family members.

Extended and long-term care stays are appropriate for individuals that require greater levels of care and support than can be provided at home or within an independent living setting. Our guests typically need assistance with their daily activities due to physical and/or cognitive limitations.
